Riemvasmaak Fluorites have proven to be sensational for their superb octahedral form and the vivid, pure green color as in this piece. These octahedrons are sharp, with many clustered tightly together, the main crystal measures an impressive 6.7 cm in length. The larger crystals that comprise this piece are translucent to gemmy, fluorescent, and have razor sharp edges with very little damage. A few nicks upon close inspection, but these are overshadowed by the complexity and vibrancy of the piece.

Fluorite is best displayed in strong LED lighting, and shows optimal vibrancy when backlit as shown in the photos. Keep out of direct sunlight, as fluorite is UV sensitive.
