How long does shipping take?
It takes us an average of 3-5 business days to pack up your order and take it to the post office. Please be mindful that weekends do not count as business days.
USA & Canada:
Most orders arrive within 5 days after they have been dropped off at the post office. Sometimes there are delays during the holidays.
International:
•Standard shipping takes an average of 3-6 weeks and has limited tracking.
•The faster shipping upgrade takes an average of 1-2 weeks and is more reliable. This option must be added to your basket prior to finalizing your purchase.
Why is my international tracking stuck on “pre-transit”?
Please note that international orders (any country outside of USA & Canada) take an average of 3-6 weeks to arrive. The tracking is limited and only begins updating in more detail once it has reached customs in the destination country. It is normal for orders to say “pre-transit” for a couple of weeks, but if you have concerns feel free to send us a message.
