This striking cherry red rhodochrosite from the famous finds of the 1980's, is an incredible rarity today. The piece has intense color, beautiful lustre, and incredible translucency that makes it illuminate into a fiery red with backlighting. It features many sharp terminations clustered tightly on top, exposing the long striated appearance on the outer edges. One larger fracture at the base and some dings overall. A beautifully aesthetic piece with exceptional color!
