Naturally terminated peridot from Pakistan is a remarkable form of gem‑quality olivine. Sourced from deposits in the Kaghan Valley, these peridot crystals typically exhibit a rich yellowish-green Color. Interestingly, peridot is one of the few gemstones that occur in only one color. Specimens from this locality form with well-developed crystal faces, which reflect their unhindered growth in geologic pockets.
