An incredible specimen featuring a 1.3 cm perfect xonotlite preserved inside water clear selenite that overlaid it during growth. Two minor xonotlite balls are preserved on the other side, and some xonotlite is exposed on the outside. A large, radial spray of salmon red and lustrous inesite adds a pop of colorful contrast. Specimens like this are virtually impossible to find for sale these days, with very few records of their existence in general. We acquired this piece from an old 1980’s collection, it is unlikely you will see one of these on the market again!
